The Communications Portal will provide for voice, data, video and other forms of multi-media exchange of information. The object of this service is to enable end points whether human or digital devices to converse and exchange information without the normal limitations of spoken and written comprehension by imbedding dynamic machine language translation computer software technology at strategic points within each communications session, whether initiated by standard landline or wireless telephone call, Smartphone, PC, WebRTC Data/Video connection, Internet Text/Video Chat, SMS, Email, and any other form of analog and/or digital communications.
